At Jordyn the Label we understand that sometimes you can change your mind after a purchase. To provide you with a clear and simple process, we have outlined the steps for cancelling your order below.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please send us an email with the subject line "Cancel my order". The email must include your order number in the body of the message. We will process your cancellation request and issue you a full refund if the request is received within 24 hours.

After 24 hours of purchase, the order will be moved to the production stage and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancel your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, we can make corrections as long as the order has not yet shipped.
